Our technicians will inspect all wearing components on your truck – identifying and documenting any issues or areas of concern. When applicable, Rhino Truck Lube Centre technicians will correct the issues – including fluid top-ups, tire inflation and more.

Rhino Truck Lube Centres’ inspection includes:

LUBRICATION 

  • Wheel Oil Levels, Top-Up As Required

  • Lubricate Chassis and Components

RUNNING GEAR

  • Springs, LI-Bolts, Air Bags, Pivot Bushings

  • Cross Members and Under Structure

  • Spare Tire Carrier and Tire

LANDING GEAR

  • Landing Gear, Leg Brace Supports

  • Check Gear Box Level, Top-Up as Required

BODY, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR

  • Sheet Metal Damage, Dents, Holes and Paint Condition

  • Mud Flaps, Decal and Rear Bumper

  • License Plates & Stickers

LIGHTING

  • Check Operation of All Lights

  • Check Reflectors and Reflector Materials

TIRES AND WHEELS

  • Missing Valve Caps and Stem Locks

  • Check Rim & Wheel Nut

  • Check Front Wheel Hub Oil Levels

  • Tire Conditions, Irregular Wear and Alignment Wear

TIRES – INSPECT & ADJUST PRESSURE

  • Check Front Wheel Hub Oil Levels

  • Pressure, Tread, and Condition Check on All Tires

Upon completion of the inspection, all customers will receive an electronic report that details the visual inspections. This includes what we found, what we fixed and recommendations designed to minimize costly repairs and maximize uptime.
